Americans are very found of the Bill of Rights and we like to think that it's part of what makes America the freest place on earth.  But what most of us don't know is that we have a Civil Liberty so specific, so outdated and so unnecessary that it's never been taken to the Supreme Court.  So gather round the campfire children, cause it's time to learn about the long, kind of pointless, very paranoid history of the Third Amendment.
