In the first real real episode of The Third Degree Podcast, Art invites his College teammate and roommates who now reside in the medical space to talk vaccines, coronavirus and black peoples' relationship with the government and themselves.
Demario was a Soccer Player at Caldwell University where Cam and Art art played basketball and now is studying to be a chiropractor.
Cam has been in pharmaceutical for 6 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in this subject.
This episode starts off slow but becomes one of the most important conversations since The Third Podcast was started back in 2018. Enjoy!

This hour long episode features my best friend and close cousin Mason Robinson who jumped into entrepreneurship and real estate at the same time that I did! Our lifelong relationship is the definition of iron sharpening iron. We even share an athletic number, 24 (he had it first). So its only right that we share episode 24 of The Third Degree Podcast on Christmas Day!
In this episode you'll hear me breakdown my first real estate deal (as I understood it at the time lol). From this episode it was off to the races because since then Mase and I have both gone on to purchase multiple properties and have amassed a portfolio of almost 15 properties between the two of us.
Mase is a former NFL Player and currently an Strength coach for Rutgers University. He started the "Shock the World" brand back in 2015 where he trains youth in speed, agility, fitness, and football.

Now that Hoop Chatter is no longer a podcast it felt only right to feature the Season Finale as one of the top 12 Hoop Chatter Episodes. But no worries, Hoop Chatter will still be an action packed segment on the all new Third Degree Podcast.

I sat down with Dave Delinko in his restaurant less than a year after he opened "The Salad House" Downtown my hometown of Somerville NJ. He broke down his journey as a restaurant owner and how he started in law but had an itch for entrepreneurship and decided to take on franchising!
This intrigued me because I always dreamed of owning franchises after I become rich. Dave walked me through some of the Pros and Cons of restaurant ownership and then blessed me with a free Salad!

When you're first starting something, ESPECIALLY a business, its so important that everything is organized and clean, but there is a big difference between "clean and organized" and "perfect". When your business or goal in general needs growth or a step forward, it's important that you can provide it. Being a perfectionist (like me) often leads to overthinking, and over thinking often slows up your growth process.
It's important that we learn when to take imperfect action for the sake of taking action! Check out this episode where I talk about a time I decided to take imperfect action and had a breakthrough! FYI, I still struggle with this to this day so don't feel bad if this is you!

Hope you all enjoy this motivational episode encouraging all listeners to be more fearless. A lot of times what we are in need of is right outside our comfort zone. This is especially true in the entrepreneurship space! I had to learn this the hard way but once I did, I never looked back! My businesses experienced immediate growth.
