The Third Hour Podcast

Directly following last week's controversial sermon, Jesus has an encounter with a Gentile woman, clashes once more with the Pharisees, and asks his disciples, "Whom say ye that I am?"

This week on the Third Hour Podcast, the Gospel of John takes Jesus on a detour to Jerusalem, and we discuss some possible reasons why this narrative is so different from the Synoptic Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Later, Jesus miraculously feeds five thousand, walks on water, and delivers a difficult pronouncement.

This week on the Third Hour Podcast, Jesus teaches about the coming of the kingdom through parables. Join us as we discuss the parables of the sower, growing seed, tares, mustard seed, leaven, hidden treasure, pearl, and drawing in the net.

This week on the Third Hour Podcast, Jesus answers a plea from John the Baptist, receives kind treatment from an unexpected guest, and foretells of the “Sign of Jonah.”

Following the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus continues his tour through Galilee and shares his second great discourse. Join the Third Hour Podcast as we study his words and deeds!
