As 2 Timothy 3:16 reminds us, all scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. However, understanding how to interpret scripture is crucial. The Old Covenant pointed towards Jesus and served as a shadow of what was to come. The New Covenant, on the other hand, is the reality - it's the good news - it's Jesus!

By reading scripture through the lens of relationship rather than as a contract, you can truly experience the life-giving nature of God's Word.
