Drawing on Dr Adam Fraser’s concept of The Third Space, we’re joined by Rachel Wilson, a school teacher and single mum, who shares her own experiences and how she puts The Third Space into practice in her everyday life.

Rachel brings a really honest and practical perspective, showing how The Third Space is not just about switching off after work, but something you can use to move between all parts of your day. 

This conversation is a grounded reminder that how we move between the different parts of our day really matters. Rachel shares how this simple practice has made a real difference, helping her show up better at home, feel more present at work, and look after her own wellbeing along the way.
