The Thirst

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I'M FEELING 22!

we're back with another episode, this time inspired by a little movie which recently stole our hearts, 'a star is born'. we talk about the film, how much we adore lady gaga and the strange phenomenon of becoming obsessed with bradley cooper. we also use it as an excuse to discuss biopics of musical figures, films about music, which actors make great musicians and those who should not have made the shift from screen to song.

we also discuss that harry styles gucci campaign, celebrity pigs, heist movie 'american animals', sarah waters adaptation 'little stranger', 'killing eve' & 'fleabag' (phoebe waller-bridge appreciation corner)AND steph finally caves and listens to ryan adams (find that playlist here: https://spoti.fi/2J47RsG)

our podcast can now drink legally in all US states; she's finally 21!

we use netflix's newest teen rom-com 'to all the boys i've loved before' as an excuse to discuss some of our past crushes, plus we share some listener picks and believe us when we say, we're relieved we're not the only ones with questionable infatuations.

we also cover spike lee's newest, 'blackkklansman', HBO's 'sharp objects' (BEWARE OF SPOILERS!), recent stephen king mini-series 'castle rock', ariana grande's 'sweetener' LP, plus another of our favourite past-times: a timeline, of the grimes/azealia banks/elon musk IG story saga.
