Scaling Your Business?

Most entrepreneurs and founders focus on sales and marketing to scale their business. This sometimes works and other times you will spend a lot of money trying out different tactics and making them work.

Over the past few years, I worked with a few founders and here is what I learnt that works:

  1. Make sure you have a vision and strategy. Know where you are going and how to get there.
  2. Structure your business. You need a scalable business model, systems and processes. You will find leverage in these and working with people.
  3. Amplify your reach. Only once you have the other parts lined up should you be focusing on marketing and sales.

    4. It will give you more scalability and keep your time free to work on strategic stuff.
