    Charlie is the Co-Owner of Artisan Floor Covering located in Groveland, MA.  They specialize in Carpet, Hardwood, Linoleum, Tile, Granite, Marble, and other home renovation projects.  Charlie has 28 years of experience in this field.  He discusses his journey from his first job in the field, to how the trade is looked down upon as a profession, sacrifices he made along the way, and the great success his company has had.  He talks the importance of customer service and why it's so crucial to his business and where it is today.  His company does very little advertising and works off referrals and word of mouth. He tells the guys how he would love to work at a technical school one day and teach.  Charlie then dives into his other passion "food".   He shares his favorite foods, restaurants, and how he took down the "cheeseburger bundle".

    Lisa Finelli Fallon is a Co-Founder & CEO of Boston Cannabis Week.  We jump right into it with Lisa and how she started Boston Cannabis Week.  Lisa talks about her own personal use with cannabis,  the success it has with cancer patients, and how it all began when she had a chance meeting with someone while working as a booking agent at Hard Rock.  She talks the cannabis plant, CBD, creams, and gummies.  How Cannabis has moved from being illegal to legal in many States, why it's taken so long for it to happen, and why it's not federalized.   Lisa expresses what she loves most about her journey, working alongside friends and the people who have supported her the most.  The companies growth and hiring are discussed.   Lisa breaks down the week of events for Boston Cannabis Week including BCW Classic - Golf Tournament,  Fashion on Fire, Block Party, Education & Cuisine, Health & Wellness, and BCW Scholarship.  She tells of how BCW Beyond came about which is their creative & design agency.  They work both in & out of the client space including social media marketing, packaging, signs, brand development, and more.  Lisa tells of her aim to be inclusive, how it attracts people from all across the country, education, and what the goals are for BCW.

    Marie Vizza is a Traveler, Account Manager, and Classically Trained Dancer.  She's a regular girl with an F1 addiction, world traveler, dog rescuer, pickle connoisseur, movie quoter, hot sauce lover, playlist curator, 4 time fantasy football champion, and a lifetime love for the Pittsburgh Steelers.   

    Marie is a native of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Boston.  She is a graduate of Penn State with a BS Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management.  Her job by trade is an Account Manager handling lead sourcing for insurance companies but in her spare time she is a frequent traveler that loves a good getaway.  Growing up Marie was heavily involved in classical dance.  She would then move on to become a Cheerleader for a professional sports team.   Marie goes on to talk travel, relationships, her Cuba dilemma, her love and appreciation for her Mom & Dad, and her addiction to F1 Racing.  The episode ends with some movie quote questions and "pick ones".

    Erik Voigt is a dad of two autistic children, heads Dual Spectrum Dad on Facebook, and has his own personal Autism Blog. 

    Erik discusses how he educated himself and became more knowledgeable of Autism, his children's diagnosis, difficulty to get information on autism years ago, ways that he is sharing information and advocating for Autism, difficulties of parenting and navigating the many agencies, States with the best resources, and his plans for furthering his education of Autism.

    Felicia Pinckney is a US Army Veteran. She is also the Founding Partner of Take Flight Strategies a project management firm with a focus on launching small businesses and invigorating existing companies.  They offer hands-on client focused professional support by utilizing project-based strategic concepts and progressive action plans created specifically for you.  They help launch and grow your business.

    Felicia currently resides in Massachusetts and was born in Florida.  She talks about growing up in the 80's during the crack epidemic, and not having a parental figure around.  Felicia shares very personal stories as a child moving in with her god parents at the age of 5 and then at the age of 8 living with her Grandmother.  She tells how the years spent with her grandmother was where she learned and was taught everything she needed to be a woman in America, and were the best lessons of her life.  She owes everything to her grandmother Louise Pinckney.  Being the oldest in the family and having to grow up so fast and quick Felicia found herself in charge, taking care of her sisters and brother.  At age 14 she got a paper route job to support her family and ensure all the kids had new shoes for school, and always had gifts for Xmas.  If she didn't flourish then how could they.  Felicia tells of how she knew there was more for her, and that college was in her sights.  She goes on to provide advice to those who are going through what she did as a child, and adults doing their part to give them their grace, love, support, and continuing to challenge them.  She also explains how the arts particularly music and poetry were an outlet for her.  She goes on to talk about her time in Afghanistan, therapy for herself and others, having a baby and being a mother, her daughter coming first, working for the Red Sox Foundation MGH Home Base Program, developing the very first "Best Warrior Competition", project management, Take Flight Education, and being the founder of her own company Take Flight Strategies.   They ask her if her local grocery store plays good music.
