  • What It Feels Like to Break Family Patterns

In today’s episode, Angie shares with listeners her story of breaking family patterns through her daughter’s distant college search and the revelations that she had as to how patterns from her own childhood and family were a part of her motherhood journey. A few questions to ask would be:

    1-Who am I protecting?

    2-What is behind my fears?

3- Are my actions holding my daughter back?
