The Tim Heale Podcasts S3 E134 Kevin Palmieri

Kevin is CFO, Founder & Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement podcast with more than 1000 episodes reaching over 600 thousand people in more than 125 countries.

Some people find rock bottom... I found out that rock bottom has a basement.

In my mid 20's... I had it all. A beautiful girlfriend, a high paying job, a sports car, my dream body... but I still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide... several times.

After my rock bottom moment, I went all in on self improvement, I was determined to overcome my anxiety, to overcome my depression. I was determined to live my dream life.

Years later, I host a podcast with hundreds of thousands of downloads in over a hundred countries, I've grown the podcast into a multi six-figure business and I've recorded over 1000 episodes. I've given nearly 150 speeches and had the opportunity to do hundreds of coaching calls.

The main thing that changed was ME. I focused on learning what I didn't know (and unlearning a lot too) and my life started to shift.

I believe in a heart driven, but no BS approach to holistic self improvement and teaching others how to get to the next level of their lives!

I love talking about Consistency, Commitment, Habits, Mindset, Confidence, Fear, Relationships and Limiting Beliefs. We talk about so many pieces of self improvement so I'm happy to explore many topics!

  • Our Amazing Graces Light Shines On Scott Schara

Send Tim a message about this episode

The Tim Heale Podcasts S3 E132 Scott Schara

Grace’s dad, Scott Schara, is working tirelessly to bring his daughter’s story to all corners of this country, and even across the world to Australia, to help prevent anyone else from going through the pain of losing a loved one at the hands of medical personnel.  More importantly, he hopes Grace’s story will stir people’s hearts to turn to the Lord – the only one who will protect them into eternity.

Grace, a 19-year-old girl with Down syndrome was killed by the actions of unethical medical personnel. Scott had to watch Grace die on FaceTime because he was prevented from being with her in the hospital, and no doctor or nurse would help save her life because of an illegal Do Not Resuscitate order placed on Grace without family consent.

The good news is Grace’s work here on earth isn’t done. It’s only beginning. The love she demonstrated to everyone when she was with us continues to live on through Scott and his family.

Scott is the president of Our Amazing Grace’s Light Shines On, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) established to provide grants to individuals – including their family – and organizations who will shine God’s light as Grace did.

The Tim Heale Podcasts S3 E129 Sarah Marcella

Sarah Marcella. Driver & Photographer of The Boudie Bus. I'm a portrait photographer originally based out of the Washington DC area. In 2021, I decided it was time for a change and purchased my 2007 30' Freightliner bus. Now, I travel the country empowering individuals and inviting them to come to the camera as their most authentic self.

I created the Boudie Bus to provide a spiritual, non-traditional approach to Boudoir photography. I'm more interested in learning about you, what makes you confident and feel sexy from the inside out all while creating an adventurous boudoir experience in nature.

This style of photography has always been known as a more “elite” or “premium” type of service with prices that are not affordable to all.  For me, the sessions are more about the entire experience rather than just the images. Boudoir can be healing, it can be empowering, it can help you fall in love with yourself on a deeper level, and because of all this, at this time in my career,  I want to make it available for everyone.

  • Bosnian Child Trees Without Roots Ella Čolić

Send Tim a message about this episode

The Tim Heale Podcasts S3 E127 Ella Čolić

Ella is a student at Occidental College with a book out called Trees Without Roots. The book highlights what her family went through during the Bosnian War. She wants to have a career in reconstructive surgery.

A few months ago, she went back to Bosnia to support a festival “Moja Prva Knjiga” (My First Book Festival). In collaboration with the Bosanka Medijska Groupa (BMG) Tuzla (a publishing agency). She became an ambassador for this project that inspires young people to publish their first book. With the proceeds from her Bosnian translation of “Trees without Roots” and her additional sponsorship, BMG published a book called “Bosnian Child.”
She also gave a speech in Bosnia and introduced "Bosansko Dijete" (translation: "Bosnian Child") by Enes Hodžić. Enes Hodžić was a 13 year old talented musician and poet who wrote about politics and the fear children experienced in war. He was killed by a grenade in front of his home. In his memory, his poems have been published.
“His poems and the stories like the ones my father and my aunt told me are extremely important and key us in to the harsh reality of war,” Ella said. “These stories must be heard for future generations in order to avoid something like this happening again.”
She said she hoped the project would create a domino effect and encourage young people to write and to help other authors begin their careers as writers.
