Never start hero worshipping a trader

Stand on your own two damn feet, learn to follow your own trade plans based on your own experience

Learn a pattern, master it, burn it into your heart, get it tattooed on your arm and just absolutely laser focus on it - could be dip and rip, morning panic, first green day, but for goodness sakes just pick one

Stop following lots of people on social media, stop all social media in fact, just stop following trader people

Buy every book you can find on rational thinking

Watch every video you can find about Charlie Munger talking about investing and rational thinking

Do ordinary things for an extraordinary amount of time

The routine can be as simple as, every time I sit in front of the computer to trade, this is what I do - I open the scanning tool, I look at the top movers, I draw my levels, etc

The more complicated the routine, the less likely that you will follow it

You gotta log your trades, not journaling, logging

Get a proven, set system and routine in place

Get your shit together

Get all the toxins out of your life

Make sure you are at your best

Absolutely 100% have a checklist and a plan for your trading (example)

How to cut those losses

Before you can learn to win, you have to learn how to not lose

Trade at times of the day that most people don’t think about

You have to learn how to lose gracefully and quickly

Survival is the name of the game

You absolutely have to want it bad enough to close those losses

Why traders do not close losing trades - because they do not realize how fast they get it back
