Become aware of what is around you, notice patterns, designs, smells, sounds, these are triggers for the information that is all around you. Become silent and notice the triggers, what do they mean, how do they affect your thinking. Its ok to think differently, get out of the box, become aware.

 Use a simple process to enhance your ability to receive information. Information is all around us all the time we just need to retrain ourselves to become aware of it.
