What habits or traits have we picked up from our parents that are so entrenched in us and are hard to break because at times we aren't even aware of they come from? 

In this episode I catch up with an old friend. We first met as young men, and we meet again as grown men and fathers.

Parents play such a significant role in the kind of parents we become. We pick up a lot from them and discard some other things but nothing beats a present and engaged father!
