The episode where we discuss all things true crime. First is Boydston with the bizarre coincidence…or not, of the murder of Mary Morris x2. Two women, the same name, the same area, murdered within a few days of each other. A hit gone wrong, or a weird coincidence? Next is Lindsey with the story of Robert Maudsley, aka Hannibal the Cannibal. He is the UK’s longest serving prisoner and their “most dangerous prisoner”, but really this is a sad story of how many times he was failed by others in his life. Finally Sarah brings us our first historical true crime: the assassination of our favorite President- Abe Lincoln! You may think you know this story, but Sarah goes into more detail about the events of that tragic day. And again…we just really love Abe.

The episode where we discuss the popular case of Kitty Genovese, and how her tragic murder brought two important issues to light: the Bystander Effect and the creation of 911. We also talk about the importance of a solid costume change for disguise purposes, so lots of things to learn here!

The episode where we discuss the Cecil Hotel, in Los Angeles, CA. This place has some violent and tragic history that has led many to believe it is haunted. We’re gonna discuss the true crime behind this place, the rendezvous, the secret names, the poison, and our favorite investigator’s experience there. If we’re ever in LACA, we know where we’re staying.

The episode where we return to one of our favorite places, the Missouri State Pen! We LOVE this location, and had to return to gather more evidence. We get super jealous of other investigators, Lindsey tries to debunk things, Sarah faces her greatest fear, and Boydston gets her own experience! Make sure you check out our socials for some added bonus footage of us investigating - where we even caught a growl!

The episode where we continue to discuss the Manson Family murders. This is our conclusion to the Manson story, so make sure you check out last week’s episode for part 1. This week we will discuss the murders, the investigation and trial, and the aftermath of the crimes that rocked our nation. We’re throwing out all the trigger warnings for the graphic descriptions.

The episode where we discuss Charles Manson in our part 1 of the Manson Family Murders. This story is huge, so make sure you catch us next week for the finale. Here, we’re gonna discuss the beginnings of Manson and how he got his start, the formation of the cult, and the beginning of the madness. There’s a lot of LSD(ick), we again discuss how Sarah is the first of us to join a cult (she was probably in one in a past life), and how to (not) spring someone out of jail. Man…son, this is a lot. Part 1 of 2!

The episode where we discuss whatever we want for our smorgasbord! Sarah starts us off with the OG Dancing Queen and the story of The Dancing Plague of 1518. So many ABBA references that we will refrain from singing for copyright reasons. Next is Boydston with the amazing survival story of Teka Adams - no murder here, guys, so happy ending, but graphic warning for sure! Finally is Lindsey with possibly the funniest cryptid yet: The Fresno Nightcrawler, aka Ghost Pants. Cryptids are our favorite, and we’re gonna also find out which cryptid we are. Spoiler: Sarah has the best one.

The episode where Lindsey entertains us with a short commuter story about the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders. This story has a supermom, a mean Canadian, difficult and inconvenient people, and maybe some magic tricks. This tragic story was made into a movie - see if you can guess which movie along with the Sarahs!

The episode where we return to Malvern Manor in Malvern, Iowa! This is one of our absolute favorite locations, but if you want to hear all the history behind this place, make sure you listen to episode 60 for our first investigation there. This time around we get lots of bangs, spirits who are NOT amused by the Sarahs rapping or jokes, and an EVP. We attempt to answer the question of whether ghosts have boogers, and Lindsey drinks the devil’s apple juice. Make sure you check out our socials for any evidence we caught!
