Howdy folks! Happy March 32nd.

This month’s episode is all about Golos, Tireless Pilgrim, he comes from Coreset 2020.

The Coresets in Magic don’t have one specific plane where the cards are from, they pull from all over the place so we’re breaking the rules a little bit this month. The setting is a pretty standard fantasy world in which Golos wanders as an actual pilgrim all over the planet, and has been doing so as far as anyone can remember. The card list is below:

This episode was inspired by a bit of text from an article published in the Mothership where the designers specifically state that Golos was meant as a throwback to Solemn Simulacrum (which is why that card is mentioned in the episode even though it wasn’t printed in Corset 2020).
