This went from giving advice to reading a flat out weird story.

If you check back in previous episodes then you know exactly why I titled this the way I did. No I don't have no Virus in case you was wondering but yeah... Here's my start to recovery from depression.

After talking with some friends, It was best if I took some time to focus on my mental health. Lately I haven't really been feeling like myself. I explain it all in the last two episodes but I've been dealing with depression for some time now. I will still post episodes for my podcast but I will be uploading old videos that I already recorded or working on videos behind the scenes but currently right now I don't have the motivation to record.

So this was the episode I recorded originally for the last episode but I thought to myself I was too emotional and that I needed to re-record myself. Currently right now I am feeling better but I've been having mood changing moments where I'm feeling happy and then I'm feeling sad. If you can send me some advice, I would really appreciate it.

I'm still debating on if I should take a break from recording YouTube videos. I still got stuff I can edit and upload but as of right now, The motivation to record is kind of hard. Eventually I will feel better but I just need to alone to myself. Thank you to everyone that supports my decision.

Just checked that the last time I did one of these was on the 5th. Stay tuned for more episodes!!

If anybody is dealing with some stuff like this, Leave that relationship and find better.
