Episode Three in our Visionary Journey to a Leadership Understanding for All gently begins the process of examining the eight principles we identified in Episodes One and Two. Please join us as Distinguished Toastmaster Michelle Lewis and Dr. Diane Norbutus share their community sustaining and leadership enabling activities.

Welcome to EP2 in our visionary journey of discovery, an understanding of leadership created to enable everyone. In Episode 1, we established that Leadership Understanding is a choice, that is we choose the lens through which leadership is to be understood. We identified principles of an equiarchal lens, that is, a leadership understanding for all. We further identified that these principles befit a natural relationship with the Toastmasters promise of leadership/communications mutual evolution.

In this episode, our journey takes us through a more detailed examination of the eight principles and their natural relationship with our Toastmaster’s experience.

On this episode of The Toastmaster Leader, I talk with former District 66 Director Distinguished Toastmaster Perry Neal.  We discuss Perry's Toastmasters journey, how he has stayed engaged after his term as District Director ended, and how he uses authenticity as an effective tool of leadership.
