The City of Austin has filed a motion in civil court against a bar on 6th Street accusing the owners of failing to make reasonable efforts to abate criminal activities from occurring, Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza has scheduled a hearing to clear the names of the four men who were originally accused of committing the infamous yogurt shop murders and the non-profit the Safe Alliance are warning of losing funding due to voters not approving Proposition Q back in November.
