Austin's Bond Advisory Task Force has come out with a list of items totaling more than $3.6 billion dollars for next year's bond election, the Austin City Clerk had denied a petition that would put the issue of the city's new convention center on a ballot for Austinites to vote on, claiming not enough of the signatures were valid and Austin police are seeing a rise in pickpocketing around downtown.
