Last week we talked about resting without guilt. This week, that theme got real in a way we didn't expect.

Over the past 24 hours, Jake opened up about something he'd been carrying for over two months, a wave of depression that came back without warning, and that he didn't know how to say out loud, even to the person he tells everything to.

In this episode, Jake talks through what it's been like to smile through the hard days, why he waited so long to say something, and the moment last night when he finally did.
