We all fall into a slump to where our fresh new day ends up a dud before we even start it. This is because of the Ego. In this segment I'll talk about how this not only happens but how I have learned to overcome it and get my fresh new days back with vigor and excitement!

This unorthodox episode will give you a feel for who I am and some background to me. From there my focus is just being real about the struggles that exist from our false self. The Ego.
