This is an awesome follow up to Episode 1. I've invited back two of my senior advisors, David Capozzi and Dillon Smith, to talk about their roles in our team's recruiting, onboarding,culture, training, and joint work. We've grown a lot over the past 8 months and have expanded into 2 more states, so they've expanded their roles to help drive the team's (and their own) revenue. This is a great example of how to create a true teaming culture.
