The Tome Show

This episode is a solo cast where I look at Dragonborn from Goodman Games. It is a book intended to give your Dragonborn characters more depth and more options. Listen in to see if they pulled it off.

In this episode I am also testing out using bed music. Let me know what you think via email (thetomeshow @ gmail . com), on The Tome Show's Facebook group, or on Twitter.

I'm also having some issues getting links to work while I'm away from home. So I'm going to post this episode for your enjoyment, but I will go back and add the links when I get back to my normal computer set up. Thanks for your understanding.

Monster Manual 2 is a book designed to give a DM more options on how to kill their player's characters. In this episode I am joined by Quinn "Gamefiend" Murphy from At-Will, Phil Menard from ChattyDM, and Mike Shea from Sly Flourish. In it we cover the topics: New Effects for Monsters, Minion Roles, HP Totals, Demogorgon/Dagon, Yugoloths, Metallic Dragons, our Favorite and Least Favorite entries in the book, and much much more.

If you want to support the show, you can swing by RPGShop/Gamer's Attic and pick up some books through the Tome's Affiliate Link. The show gets part of the proceeds, and if you use the coupon code "Radio" they'll know that the Tome Show sent you and continue advertising on the Vorpal Network.

In this episode Jeremiah McCoy and Zachary Houghton join me to review that Pathfinder Campaign Guide and Gazetteers. If you're interested in the setting of the Pathfinder products these books are for you. While designed for 3e D&D, being largely rule-light these are two products that could easily be used in 4e D&D, or any other game system.
