The Tomorrowland Transit Authorities

We're back again! In the one week we took off, all the news happened. So today we're talking about Tiana's Bayou Adventure, the new TTA voiceover, the new Carousel of Progress details, Disney's cancelled train station, the $5,000 cocktail on the Disney Wish, and Disney's Mirrorverse! Oh and also the news that BOBBY AIN'T GOIN' NOWHERE!

Thanks for listening and have a GBBT!

It's the third and final week of the June break, and this week we're bringing you a GBBT from last August! We'll be back next week with a new episode of the TTA!

This month we're talking about trip frequency and how that impacts trip enjoyment. Should Disney be a place we visit multiple times a year, or is it better as a "once-ever-few-years" vacation spot? Additional topics include:

• Uber/Lyft stories
• Villains taking over park lands
• Bringing a ride to Mars
• Moods of the pure variety
• Ghost stories
• JTT Update

Then we step outside the bubble to talk Small Town News: KPVM Pahrump, Marvel's What If?, and The Fugitive!

We're back and this week we're taking it easy. We talk about the five-night Disney Dream cruise I (Rob) just got back from, as well as robo-Spider-Man beefing it at Disney's California Adventure, the new look for Buzz, and a six-figure Disney adventure.

Thanks for listening and have a GBBT!

It's week two of the June break, and this week we're bringing you last July's GBBT episode! We'll be back next week with a new episode of the TTA!

This month we're talking about humor and entertainment in the Walt Disney World parks and ways it could change/improve. Additional topics include:

• Driving Tests
• Baby Teeth
• Subway Stories
• Talking to our past selves
• Reviving cancelled ideas for the parks
• Our most and least favorite Disney animatronics!

Then we step outside the bubble to talk massages and Ted Lasso!

Christine is out this week so as part of our two-week hiatus we're publishing one of last year's Patreon episodes of The GBBT! This episode was originally published in September of 2021:

This month we're returning to Imagineering for Dummies! I won't spoil the ride we land on, but I will say that this time around we're giving Mary Poppins the ride that she was unjustly robbed of last year! Additional topics include:

• Christine's upcoming Disney trip
• Living in Queens
• Mowing the Lawn
• Lilo & Stitch
• Giant Burritos

Then we step outside the bubble to talk Deathloop, Reservation Dogs, and LuLaRich!

Shorter episode than usual this week! Christine and I have a crazy June ahead of us, so we're using this time to make some changes to the Patreon, The GBBT, and the TTA feed itself! All the details are in the episode, but if you want the cliff notes, we've decided to:

• Pull every past episode of The GBBT from behind the paywall! You can watch/listen/download them all at www.patreon.com/TTAPodcast
• End the Patreon campaign formally at the end of this month. Thanks to your overwhelming support, the show is paid for and ad-free through the end of 2023! That's not to say that there will be ads for the show in 2024, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Ultimately the costs are low enough that we didn't want to keep the campaign running when it wasn't needed.
• Expand this feed to include more variety. In short, the format of the show might change from week to week. Some weeks will feel like a traditional TTA episode, and some might feel more like the GBBT. Some weeks we might try something completely new!

Lastly, since Christine will be away for two weeks this month and I'll be away for one, we're going to use this hiatus to introduce a few older episodes of the GBBT to the feed for folks who might not want to listen on Patreon. We'll be off for the next two weeks, and then back again on the 20th, and then off again the week after that.

Anyway thanks for listening and have a GBBT!
