We look back at May 5, 2022, when legendary Kansas State (K-State) football coach Bill Snyder appeared on the show. Coach Snyder is known as the architect and leader of the greatest turnaround in college football history. He served as the head football coach at Kansas State University from 1989 to 2005 and again from 2009 to 2018.

Coach Bill Snyder was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame (HOF) in 2015 and won several conference and national coach of the year awards. In honor of his contributions to the program, Kansas State has named its home football field the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium.

He played three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. In 1978, his teammates voted him in as Special Teams Captain. Vince was also voted Most Outstanding Special Team player during the celebration of the 75th year of the Eagles.

Mr. Papale talks about his childhood, career, and Invincible, a 2006 American sports drama film starring Mark Wahlberg. Invincible is based on the true story of Vince Papale, who played for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1976 to 1978 under Hall of Fame coach Dick Vermeil.
