Elyus takes us on a journey, 7 years ago to when the idea of having a podcast came to his mind. After a two weeks entrepreneurship class and everyone was asked to present a business idea, he thinks of a podcast. Something uniques in the meantime because no one else had thought about it. In a remote controlled area, a podcast would have been an easy means to information for the locals. With simple tools and a simple way to get it out there. At least that’s how it had to be.

We (Africa) have done a good job opening the doors for anyone else to mistreat our own people, treat them never as equals and unjust. Every little thing we have done has been a contribution and has played a very good role allowing anyone else to treat us they want.” Elyse Ushindi looks into how a lot of people have ignored their responsibilities to making Africa great but just hopping “the next leader will make a difference” it doesn’t work that way.

It’s been a long time ago since everything happened. But what is even more sad in this generation is how we have failed to move on. We have continuously held accountable pepinos crimes they never did. We have taught children to hate and not love each other for no reason and my question is: where is this taking us? What happened to being an example? Clearly we have taught the world to mistreat our own people because they see us doing it. We do not respect or even treat our own people as equals and we expect the world to hand that over to us!
