Dear Tory Lowe,

My name is Veronica Cross, the Mother of Dedrick Cross. Dedrick (a member of the LGBTQ+ community) was brutally murdered sometime between Saturday night September 24 and early Sunday morning of September 25. Dedrick was with me working all day until approximately 5:30pm on Saturday. When he left he said he was tired because he was at a game night with “friends” Friday night into Saturday morning.

We know Dedrick made it home but what we don’t know is who or what led Dedrick to leave home sometime Saturday night. We want justice for Dedrick and our family. We are asking for community support. If anyone knows anything about this brutal crime, we are begging you to come forward. You may have seen him with someone or someone driving his car which was a 2014 2 door royal blue Honda Accord with a missing front grill. His car had a Carvana license plate frame with no plate on the back.

The simplest detail that someone may remember could help find the heartless person that committed this crime and took our love one away. Our family is offering a $10,000 cash reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the people involved in the brutal crime.
