He has worked in fitness at a very high level for 2 decades starting as a. trainer and eventually running gyms. He has even been on the cover of some national fitness magazines.
After several years of running gyms, he reconnected with a friend who was running online businesses and they teamed up to create an online program for personal trainers so they can build out 6 figure businesses.
Social media is a key to the success of a trainer building out their online training business. He has developed a very comprehensive system to help the trainers he and his business partner work with.
He has had clients generate 5 figures in their 1st month without any paid ads which is amazing! New technology like the Mirror are not having any sustained impact on his business.
Tobias gets excited about creating an impact. He values time spent with his family and young daughter with the time freedom he has been able to create.

Krista started out running away from home at the age of 13 and ended up in juvenile hall and ended up in foster care for her last 3 years of high school.
She completely pivoted and got her way into college, got married and unfortunately found out her husband was cheating on her.
This after leaving the teaching field and transitioning into real estate sales. You are the closest association of the 5 people you spend the most time with.
She started reading a lot of books to keep a positive mindset while working through the struggles of her day to day life. Krista knows it is constant work to build up and maintain positivity and all the good things in her life.
Being mindful of where you are at and not being too hard on yourself are critically important things. I can accomplish anything I put my mindset to and a public declaration are powerful motivators.
Extreme ownership pervades Krista’s life and she is a fan of the book. Growth and contribution are import and are her new focus.
Coaching, accountability and peer support are critical to success in changes and to think it can be done alone is not the best way. Marketing should focus on building a relationship before asking for the sale.

This is a solo episode with just John.
I had struggled with mindset and abundance for a number of years and this all came rushing back to me as the pandemic started spreading around the world.
I spoke to many different thought leaders and mentors and decided my best course of action was to go back to my proven practices of abundance and consciousness.
Doing this created a flood of new opportunity for me including the chance to move back to Orlando to my home.

This episode was recorded during the height of the pandemic and in her part of the world, they did not experience any lockdown but there was still a sense of anxiety with the people there.
Stress experienced during challenging times effects the body and not in a good way. The thoughts we think really drive the body. A constant stream of negative thoughts will have a profound impact on the body.
Georgiana has been practicing in a holistic way since she was a teenager and she used herself to experiment on with mindset and the physical body.
She was actually able to make herself physically sick while only thinking about it. Georgiana promotes “being” which means focusing on your thoughts and the types of thoughts you are having.
Being able to shift the focus will serve you well. Whenever you fight your thoughts, you give them more energy.
The Stop Technique – stop for a few seconds and pay attention to what is happening in the moment She also believes in a physical practice such as yoga.
She turned her passion into her business. Managing stress does not eliminate it so by maintaining emotional balance will help to get rid of it.

He says he is a passionate entrepreneur and mindset junkie from Canada who married young and had kids and went through the typical struggles of a young family and aspiring entrepreneur including bankruptcies.
Through all of the challenges he went through, mindset became front and center for him. He discovered this when selling door to door food sales for Schwann’s.
His manager at the time gave him a copy of Think and Grow Rich which sent him down the path of discovering how to master his own mind. He calls this a “gateway” to the world of mindset and personal development.
Expanding your perception of your worth is critical to growth and mindset. Our lizard brain doesn’t under good vs bad, it only knows if you are alive or dead.

Change of routine triggers fear in the unconscious mind which is way more powerful than the conscious mind. It becomes important to change the habit patterns.
This requires a great deal of hard work to break the pattern. Awareness of the want to change and paying attention to what you say and do in order to make different choices in the moment to install new neuron firing in the brain.
“I can’t afford that” is a common thing people looking to gain abundance use and this sends a signal to the subconscious you are where you are and not going to get more money.
A technique he uses is to cay “CANCEL CANCEL, How can I afford that”. This is powerful. When you set an intention, do not worry about the how.
Focus on what you can do differently. I am statements are not the most effective because they are lying to yourself and your subconscious won’t respond.
Say instead, “I am not where I want to be but am getting better every day.” He talked about how he and his came into their relationship with beliefs they developed over their lives.

Why do you want to make a change is an important question to ask yourself. And, how will it feel when you have achieved that? That feeling is what is important.
The mind needs to be aligned to a positive emotion in order for a change to happen. Tony is not a fan of news programs. He recommends turning off the news and be more selective about what you take in information wise.
Change the channel on your thoughts much like you change the channel on tv. Though Tony does say do not go to bed with the TV on. This Too Shall Pass is a mantra Tony encourages everyone to use often.

She finds anxiety is a large reason people reach out to her and to make improvements in how they feel. Such a simple thing like breathing can be an incredible tool to get back to a more centered state. Simply slow down and actually count 10 breaths.
If your brain wanders, start again. Sounds easy but it can be a challenge. Doing this simple practice can make all the difference in the world.
Walking is also incredibly therapeutic because it engages both side of the brain and has massive restorative powers. Creativity often happens while out on a walk because of this.

Kylie currently resides on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland in Australia.
Kylie is a mom of 2 with a very free lifestyle and normally travels a great deal because she can it supports her lifestyle.
Going back, she was married and in an abusive marriage and left and started living the life she leads now. She had just gotten home from Vanuatu which sounds amazing.
She started a marketing company without any formal education or training and really fell into it by her blogging and travel writing which she was doing.
She became pretty prolific and had governments around the world reach out to her to help them get the word out about their travel destinations. She was pretty unique in that she was writing from the perspective of a mom which really made sense to the locations reaching out to her.
The locations she traveled to last year sounds like a location by location recap of the US TV show, Survivor including the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
She is also an avid scuba diver. She is really enjoying being back in Australia and is just relaxing and having fun during the shelter in place orders.
She talks about how the travel writing industry has traditionally been very stagnate as to the demographics of the writers and she is starting to see more diversity including the ages as young as 6 years old and getting their perspectives of the travel.
We talked about cruising and she has never been on one and has some hesitation about doing them primarily because of her feeling of being trapped and not able to go out and explore.
She is considering creating a course for travel writers and plans to focus a little on that now that she is not travelling as much.
