Van Perry has over 30 years of global senior leadership experience transforming teams, building brands, and scaling organizations. He has held senior leadership roles including CEO, CMO and CFO in a range of industry sectors spanning travel/hospitality, outdoor, financial services, sports marketing, real estate, technology as well as nonprofit and government. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Northwest Center in Seattle.

 Stephanie Wootan is a Territory Partner for PDS Health, leading Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, and New Mexico. Stephanie is very strong in managing operations and leading, and she's helped her teams achieve great results with clear vision and dedication to success.

Before working at PDS Health, she held leadership roles in the retail industry and served as a sergeant in the Army.

Gene Boes joined Northwest Center as CEO in June 2017, after serving on the Northwest Center Board of Directors for three years. Prior to joining Northwest Center, Boes was a Management Consulting Principal for the Seattle office of the North Highland Company, and Adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University and Seattle University.  His career also includes nearly 14 years at Microsoft, two years with Deloitte Consulting, and nine years flying for the US Navy.
