One day a Town Mouse visits his cousin in the country. He is shocked by Country Mouse’s simple life and invites him to the town to experience life there. At first Country Mouse is seduced by the vast array of food on offer and begins to feast on cheese, bread and fruit. He dreams of staying in the town and never moving back to the country again. That soon changes, however, when he meets the house cat. It is not long before Country Mouse realises that a luxurious lifestyle is not always what it appears to be, and that sometimes a simple but peaceful life is worth much more than any luxury. #thetownmouseandthecountrymouse
