Most people I connect to assume that I am a naturally calm person.

But I am actually the furthest thing from it! I used to be very anxious and stressed most of the time.

17 years ago I was experiencing so much anxiety and stress that it started to manifest on my body physically and little red sores which covered me from head to toe.

That was the beginning of my journey of learning how to calm myself down, and how to quiet and clear my mind, so that I would never have to experience that ever again.

In this episode I will share with you one of my best tools that anyone can use to quiet and clear their own mind so that they feel calmer and enjoy life more.

It all started with my dad passing away.

After he passed, I could hear him speaking to me as clear as day.

But with my psychology degree background, I assumed I must have a mental illness and I became very scared.

In this podcast episode I'll share how I overcame that and came to learn that if we don't truly die, then that means we can actually live as we intended to - without fear.

We can live as our true nature of joy, happiness, contentment and peace.
