Nostalgia is key today. It's Wednesday and we're at it again. This week three guys are bringing the tracks. 

We talk to Dave, thebikelawyer, who shares why Runaway reminds him of past relationships and how it became his track. We move forward with Chairman, who drops some knowledge on what track puts him in his vibes and what track he used to get down to as a b-boy back in the '80s. We round out the show with Toronto's very own: author and activist, Ricky Atkinson. Ricky shares a story of how tough guys ran the record player in his training school and how tears got shed if you wanted to play Zeppelin because he was sure enough blasting black power anthems and amping folks up.
