I get asked all the time should I stay on the tools or should I come off the tools.

Now this is completely up to the individual, I personally wanted to get off the tolls because I was fed up of working all the hours under the sun and not getting any time for myself. You can still stay on the tools in your business, but, the secret is hiring people that can run and scale your business for you so you can stay as the technician in your business.
