Thanks for checking out Episode 38 of The Trainer’s Scoop
This episode’s guest is Dylan Spina; I met Dylan while training at Iron Valley Barbell in Indianapolis, where I realized he’s not only a beast in the gym, but also a great coach, and overall knowledgable guy.
Dylan is on the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian, and is striving toward making an impact in the Public Health sphere. He will shortly be pursuing higher education at Oklahoma State University. I really enjoyed hearing his perspectives on coaching, nutrition, and working to be the best you can be.
Thank you Dylan for coming on the podcast, it was a great conversation!
