Dr. Stacy L. Spencer is the Senior Pastor of New Direction Christian Church in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Spencer’s Kingdom mindset led to the development of Eden Square Town Center, a community model intended to reinvigorate a Memphis food desert. Dr. Spencer is the author of "3D Relationships: Three Relationship Dimensions to Lead You Into Your Purpose" and "U-Turn: A 12 Step Guide to Spiritual Transformation." He is chairman of the board for Power Center Community Development Corporation. Dr. Spencer earned a Doctorate of Divinity from Drew University, a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelors from Western Kentucky University He and Rhonda Spencer are the proud parents of four sons, Calvin, Omari, Jordan, and Jaden.

Rev. Dr. Joseph W. Caldwell serves as the President of the Memphis Center for Urban Theological Studies in Memphis, TN. MCUTS is a regionally accredited institution of higher education serving lower income students with limited educational options. Dr. Caldwell has also served as a Chaplain, Pastor, and Professor. His work evolves around awakening white churches to the realities of white abuses of power. He is currently working on a theology of power and privilege in conversation with James Cone and is also writing a series of personal essays tentatively entitled Whitey Got Woke: Sort Of. Lenny Duncan (he/him/his) is a follower of Jesus Christ and is in a passionate love affair with Grace. He is the Pastor of Jehu’s Table, a church of justice, radical welcome, and a place where “all” means all. He is also a frequent voice on the intersection of the Church and the cries of the oppressed. He pays special attention to Black liberation movements in his work, but lifts up the intersection with other marginalized peoples. He believes that the ELCA has remained so white because of a theological problem, not a sociological one. He holds a Master of Divinity from United Lutheran Seminary.

His book "Dear Church: A Love Letter from a Black Preacher to the Whitest Denomination in the U.S." from Fortress Press is available for pre-order on most major book retailers and is set for release July 2, 2019.

Keyona Saquile Lazenby is the founder of Blessed is She, an interfaith women’s ministry that provides services and offerings to help women achieve self-actualization. Keyona is passionate about delivering pre and post-release services to system-involved populations. She is an adjunct professor with the Prison University Project/Patten University. An avid traveler, she believes that cultural exploration is the world’s greatest teacher. She received her Master’s in Social Transformation and Certificate of Women Studies in Religion from Pacific School of Religion/Graduate Theological Union. She is currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Professional Studies at Pacific School of Religion and plans to enter a Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2020. Rev. Keyona is an ordained interfaith minister and a graduate of One Spirit Interfaith Seminary.

Lance D. Watson, Jr. is the eldest son of Pastor Dr. Lance Watson & First Lady Rose Watson. He is the father of two wonderful teens – Kaylee and Lance Watson III. He holds a Bachelors in Business Management/IT Project Management from ECPI University and pursuing a M.Div at the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology. Lance is a licensed minister, and serves as the Communications Directional Leader for Digital Content at Saint Paul Baptist Church. Regina D. Clarke has Masters degrees in Divinity and Christian Education with an emphasis in Ethics and Social/Restorative Justice from Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. She has a heart burst for the Deaf, the Hard of Hearing, the abused, and those who are “forgotten or discarded” by mainstream society. Her thirst for connecting the community and the church has led her to serve in prisons, domestic violence shelters, and the community-at-large to ensure no person -- despite their past, abilities, or status -- would be denied the opportunity to learn about Jesus and walk faithfully with their God. She currently serves on the ministerial staff of Abyssinian Missionary Baptist Church in Memphis. She is also a speaker in the Transform Network Speakers Bureau.
