November and January are typically the 2 months of the year when people are considering looking for new job opportunities. 

This is often because they may have had a bad performance review at the end of the year, and/or feeling a bit stuck in their current position. I often get people asking me, "Ange, how do you get to be so lucky. You have a great job you love, and an amazing life?". I do consider myself lucky, but I don't think that my experience is so unique that it cannot be recreated by others. So today, we are going to look into the psychology of what I believe has helped me get to where I am and hopefully provide you with what you want in life too.

Hi, I am Angela and my friends call me Lala.  

I have worked in the construction industry in Sydney Australia for 15 years now, and I am very passionate about reducing suicide and mental illness rates in our industry.  

I thought it would be great to set the scene in my first episode by introducing some statistics in the construction industry relating to mental health, and suicide rates in our industry.
