Founder of Patchworks Inc | Breast Cancer Thriver | High School Teacher | Adventurer** Tiffany Jones is not your ordinary high school teacher from the picturesque state of Maine. She is the spirited founder of Patchworks Inc, a non-profit organization with a mission as grand as the mountains. Tiffany's journey into the world of philanthropy was born from a personal mission—to kick cancer's butt and to make a difference. After tragically losing both of her parents to cancer, Tiffany embarked on an extraordinary journey. She climbed the towering heights of Kilimanjaro as a symbolic battle against this relentless foe. Her courage and determination in the face of adversity led to the creation of Patchworks Inc, an organization that brings together people and supplies to Tanzania, providing vital support to those in need. Tiffany's story takes an unexpected turn when she herself became a breast cancer thriver. Her personal experience with cancer has given her an unwavering commitment to her cause and a profound understanding of the struggles individuals face in their battle against this disease. In addition to her remarkable work with Patchworks Inc, Tiffany is an inspiring high school teacher, shaping young minds in her community. She lives in Maine with her loving husband, two wonderful children, and a loyal dog who enjoys the outdoor adventures as much as she does. Tiffany's life philosophy is encapsulated in her belief that we all have mountains to climb, both literal and metaphorical, and it's up to us to conquer them, one step at a time. She's an advocate for action, reminding us that "someday" can't be delayed forever. Tiffany Jones is a beacon of hope, a symbol of resilience, and an advocate for taking the next step in the face of life's challenges.

Dr Nupi Arora (The Glitter Practitioner) is an experienced General Practitioner (Family Physician) in the UK, with a career in medicine spanning over two decades. Passionate about people and providing whole person heart centered care, she has for the most part of her medical career been based in an inner-city practice with specialist lead roles in Child Safeguarding, Domestic abuse, Trauma Informed Care and Deprivation Medicine.

She is also a Transformation Life Coach, Public Speaker and Linkedin live podcast host - “Live with the Glitter Practitioner”.

A self confessed glitterholic with superpowers of said sparkly stuff, Dr Nupi energises others with her contagious enthusiasm, zest for life, authentic nature and empowers her patients and clients to recognise, restore and rebalance their whole self needs with her “whole-istic” prescription of self care, the F List.

Inspired by her recovery from burnout over a decade ago, the F list incorporates the evidence based skills and techniques fundamental to her own healing and has since been integrated in daily medical practice as the core foundation to maintaining health and well being … a bespoke framework that guides “being well” physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.

This, alongside her medical expertise, underpins the root cause, integrative approach she passionately advocates, an inclusive, compassionate approach that has inspired hope, healing and transformation amongst her patient community and clientele.
