Throughout generations, trauma has been passed on unknowingly to us. Now it is up to us to break the curses, or even attempt to make a change within our family structures.

No one said it was easy, but someone has to do it & it may just be you.

Self love is the best love but probably the hardest to figure out. This episode my co-host Morgan and I go deep into our process of figuring out how to love ourselves and what has worked or did not work for us. We spoke of personal lived experiences we've had from being young up through college.

These are all questions I am tired of hearing & I bet you are too. Allow people to go throughout life, allow people to live, make mistakes, and get back up again. You may not know your purpose, you may not even know your passions yet, I hope this talk guides you to some type of understanding of what journey you are suppose to undertake in this lifetime.
