Following the retirement of his business partner, Dr. Buske reflects on all he learned from his friend and mentor.  The most important lesson being that none of us are entitled, as Jeff admits he entered the world of dentistry as an entitled asshole.  Not wanting to fail before he even started, Jeff had to commit to taking action every day to earn and keep his patients trust.  Where in life do you fall into the trap of entitlement?  Do you have the tools to get out?
