Art therapy, also known as expressive therapy, is used in the Mental Health world as a means of communication and allows individuals to explore and express their emotions and thoughts. The process of art therapy includes use of standard materials like paints,  pencils , however more recently this has moved into the more abstract and digital media world.

The Trauma Artist  promotes and encourages the use of art in expressing the emotion from a traumatic journey; making the link between mental health and art clearer. Creating her own work and helping others to create theirs, Pip hopes to promote art as a tool in aiding mental wellness.

Arlo & Ivy Photography

Sarah’s journey with photography started as a child, exploring nature barefoot in her hometown of Quebec, Canada, and always dreamt that one day she would travel the world.

Sarah reconnected with her love for photography after the birth of her daughter Ivy, desperate to capture those fleeting moments in her child’s life. When her son Arlo was born she decided to take the leap and turn her love of photography into a business, and here was born her 3rd baby: @arloivyphotography

Arlo & Ivy Photography captures authentic moments and connections between humans. Sarah’s goal is to produce imagery that tells YOUR story, capturing moments that are precious to you!
