When heading to the practice range, build progressively. Start with shorter clubs and gradually work toward longer clubs rather than beginning with a full-power driver swing.

One bad hole doesn’t have to define your round.
Chiara suggests looking beyond the number on your scorecard and identifying why the hole went wrong.
Was it a slice? A topped shot? Poor putting? Club selection? Course management?
