Put on the Whole Armor of God!!!

Jesus did not come to this world to bring peace, joy, and harmony. Jesus came to bring a sword to divide the household and separate the believers from the nonbelievers who are under the same roof. 

Jesus asked His Disciples in the district of Caesarea Philippi who do men say that He is? Jesus got His answer then and in 2023, I believe He is asking us who do we say that Jesus the Son of man is?

Jesus is the Shepherd who is calling the sheep. Do you know what His voice sounds like, or are so filled with the voices of strangers that you cannot hear the Shepherd’s voice?  Only the sheep know His voice. 

Hidden sin is most destructive because of what everyone hides from the world. When we give ourselves to Christ, we have to not only give the sin we want Him have but also the hidden sin we hide from the rest of the world. Only Christ can free us from all sin, He is the only way. 

Our secret place is also a weapon. Matthew 6:6, Jesus tells us to go into our secret place and pray (talk) to the Father who listens to us from His secret place.

A new year presents new opportunities, challenges, and possibilities. Today is the opportunity to accept Christ and the challenge of being swept away by the cares of the world with the possibility of being with Christ forever. 

When it comes to understanding faith and how it works. Faith doesn’t make any sense when we try and make it work or explain it from a worldly perspective. Faith only works when we put our complete trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ.

Prayer is an important part of our relationship with our Father through Christ Jesus who wants a relationship with us.
