In this podcast, I walk through some recently passed legislation so as to get a better idea on how these new laws might affect many of the scenic areas in Arkansas. These laws are designed to help increase the tourism economy, but at what cost? Will our conservation and preservation efforts with regard to protecting our natural places take a backseat to the creation of a new tourist economy in Arkansas? Only time will time of course, but with these new laws now in effect, it looks like that might be the case.
