Pastor Mike takes us to Numbers 35, where God commands cities of refuge—safe spaces for the guilty. It’s His way of showing that even in judgment, mercy makes room. Like refugees who found new life in a strange land, we, too, can receive a new identity in Christ. Jesus is our true refuge—our High Priest who died and rose so we can be safe, forgiven, and free. No more running. No more shame. In Him, we have a place to rest, heal, and begin again. And as His Church, we’re called to be that refuge for others. A place where grace lives, and no one is too far gone.

The operations and the future of the church are dependent on provision. In Matthew 17:27, Jesus met a temple need miraculously—from a fish’s mouth! Peter gave in obedience, and both their needs were met in one go. God still works like this. When you give to the house of God, He provides for yours. Provision flows when we step into miracle ground by faith. Like Peter, when we obey, we not only meet the need—we experience supernatural supply. Jesus still provides in unexpected ways. Your obedience could be the door to breakthrough. What do you need God to do for you? Trust Him—He can deliver it all in one go.
