Evolution escapes many of us because we are not ready to change to adapt and to let go. We hold on to the familiar and are hostile towards the future, because of our identification with suffering it has become part of how we see ourselves. In order to be free we must allow the process to be uprooted and planted as a new seed from which we bare similarities of the past but can celebrate our uniqueness unapologetically.
