I think this is a conversation most people can relate to. I shall say it again though because I don’t think I said it enough times in the podcast......IT’S OK TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST!!!!!

It’s the only thing we are all guaranteed but let me ask you a question.......

Sometimes we won’t put something out there unless it is perfect. This podcast is far from perfect, it’s a mix match of a few of my thoughts - does it make sense? Probably not, but that’s ok - most of the time life doesn’t make any sense anyway!

Do you follow what society deems as acceptable when it comes to ‘acting your age?’

The one job you get zero training for, I don’t know about you but I have spent the last 19yrs winging it and hoping for the best

When you are a social media ‘influencer’ and it comes to this particular topic become more aware of the message you are sending out.

Sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves so try and take it one day at a time.

Don’t let the picture perfect lifestyle on social media fool you.

You gotta love the world of online dating........ who am I kidding, it’s a minefield!! 🙈🙈
