After speaking on a panel during TribalNet's 2022 conference in Reno, NV, Paul Starr, CIO of Cherokee Nation, sat down with TribalHub's Michelle Bouschor to discuss how the Cherokee Nation implemented a Self Service Portal which is now able to service hundreds of thousands of assistance applications, allows Cherokee Citizens to update personal information, apply for scholarships and much more.
