In Revelation 2:4-7 we will see for things that Jesus wants us to be aware of: The not so good Jesus sees. A warning. An encouragement. A blessing.

Today we begin a journey along the old Roman postal route in Asia minor and we will be visiting the seven churches of Revelation in the seven cities in which they existed. Today we will be looking at the church at Ephesus. What does Jesus see in that church that he needs to see in us?

For reasons not to be afraid: 1. Jesus is present. 2. Jesus is eternal. 3. Jesus is powerful. 4. Jesus is sovereign.

When we walk in the fear of the Lord we begin to experience what it means to have the right hand of God placed upon us.

We are living in a time where walking in the fear of the Lord is essential to knowing God and to overcoming our fears!

Revelation 1:12-16. How do we see Jesus? In these turbulent times, filled with tribulation and sometimes terror, We need to have a revelation of Jesus Christ as the Son of Man… We need to have a revelation of Jesus that causes us to transcend our circumstances and give us the strength, courage and confidence to be Overcomers.

Revelation...if one looks at it closely and lets it speak for itself... that person will find that it is not really one book but seven books. The Holy Spirit keeps telling us the same message seven times from seven different perspectives to make sure that we get the point!
