These fine gents hail from my hometown!! When I was first approached about having these guys on, I was interested, but I needed to know more. Hearing how they recorded an album with the members all in different provinces, how the first album was a story, each song listens like a chapter in a personal digest on the different perspectives of a broken home. The upcoming album deals with grief, I knew these guys were definitely Troublemaker material!!

Les, you're always hyping folks, how do you stay so positive? Well the truth is, I don't. I definitely get discouraged and feeling bummed and like I'm drowning. This was an uncomfortable episode for me to record, why? Well, because the walls are chipping down, and that scares me but I am slowly become ok with it no matter how uncomfortable it can be. 

It's the end of the year !! Just a little recap in what's been going on in our world for the year !!!

Another week of Agribition wrapped up here in Saskatchewan, and as always it didn't disappoint. There were displays, and booths, and Livestock of all shapes and sizes. But what really spoke to me was the culture. People of all ages, all backgrounds, and alot having no idea about the ins and outs of rural life. Agribition is a bridge, between the rural and the urban. There is something entertaining and informative for almost everyone. Seeing young kids with their grandparents sitting in the stands for the rodeo took me back to my youth, sitting in the bleachers with my grandpa. People who until that day didn't know each other, turning and talking to a stranger, because for that day, everyone is family.
