Today’s episode i talk a little bit about an experience i had today that led me to this little realization right here. When we free our minds and feel like we have freedom, we can finally become open-minded, receptive, and well-rounded. We keep ourselves from freedom by putting ourselves in a box, placing limitations on ourselves. The ultimate self sabotage. I hope you guys enjoyed this episode!!
